HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you wish to retun your order, you should ship it to the adress indicated below. You can return your order within 10 working days from the day you received your shipment.

Once we have received your returned order, we will verify that all products are present and conduct a quality check on them. The order must be returned in good condition with its original packaging. Products in a bad condition due to bad use or everyday tear won´t be covered by the warranty.
Once you receive your order ,If you notice any damage on the products ,please notify it to the carrier ,we will be in charge of collect the damaged material,as well as its replacement, we appreciate your help by sending us a photograph of the status of the package .
The shipping costs to our facilities will be paid by the customer unless the return is due to a bad manufacturing of the product. In this case, the expense will be paid by us.
