HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER


A)Through our website: 

1. Select the product, then indicate the number of units that you wish to purchase and click “add to basket”.  



2. At the top of the screen, you will find the basket, where you can check the number of items and the total price. If you wish to continue please click on Place an order.





  If you agree to the purchase, click continue. You will have to register as a new user, please fill out your order and billing details and proceed to payment.

We will send you an e-mail with your quotation, our bank details and the billing information that you will need to fill if you wish to proceed with your order.


SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is not included on the price of our products. Once you fill the form with your postcode and city, depending on the type of product, weight and distance, the screen will show the total amount including the shipping cost and you will receive an email with it.


PAYMENT

Payment by card:
You can make the payment using your debit/credit card .

All the transactions involving the transmission of personal data or bank details will be done using the a server based on the technology of estándar security SSL (Secure Socked Layer).  All information that you transmit to us via the internet is encrypted. Likewise, your credit card details are not registered in any database, they are sent directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the operating bank.

Bank transfer:
If you have chosen bank transfer as a payment method, once your order is completed you will receive an email with the total amount and the account number to make the transfer.Once the account deposit has been verified, we will process your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

Delivery time is 1 to 4 days for products on stock (imediate delivery), from 10 to 20 days for products available (at the warehouse) and from 25 to 35 days for products out of stock. For orders outside the European Union, please contact us.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with your shipping number so you can track your shipment.
