WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Home delivery: We deliver to any adress in Spain and Portugal. For shipping whitin the European Union and the rest of the world the delivery times and prices will be sent by email or phone.
How does Home Delivery work?
We will confirm your order by email.Moreover, we will send you the Nº of expedition once we have dispached your order.
Shipping cost are included?
No,shipping costs are not included . Once you fill the form with your postcode and city, depending on the type of product, weight and distance, the screen will show the total amount including the shipping cost and you will receive an email with it.
What´s the delivery time?
- 1 to 4 days for products on stock (immediate delivery)
- 4 to 10 days for products available (at the warehouse)
- 10 to 20 days for products out of stock (products under manufacture)
- 20 to 30 days for products out of stock.(products under manufacture)
- For orders outside the European Union, please contact us.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment by card:
You can make the payment using your debit/credit card .

Bank transfer:
If you have chosen bank transfer as a payment method, once your order is completed you will receive an email with the total amount and the account number to make the transfer.Once the account deposit has been verified, we will process your order.
